Our Methodology is expressed in our commitment to work with clients from the day a project begins until the last detail is complete. We personally direct all consultants under our supervision and coordinate with all parties involved in the project. We monitor progress and cost in comparison to the approved schedule and budget, while communicating the project status to clients on a consistent basis.
